During a power outage, the oxygen concentrator will beep to alert you that it is no longer producing oxygen.  What needs to be done is the tubing must be removed from the concentrator and placed on the emergency tank, make sure it is set to 2 Liters.  At that point the tank can be turned on and the paitent will be recieving oxygen again.
